I have worked in an environment that lacks leadership and professionalism by their leadership. Instead of coming to work focused on their jobs; employees are worried about the political agenda of their superiors and the safety of themselves on their jobs. There is no room for this. 

Being in the community and helping people comes naturally to Tony Brown. (A long history)I'm a concerned citizen who cares about our local community, our city, our state, and our nation. My life experience has taught me that others come first, thus having the opportunity to represent citizens and great constituents with a resilient spirit, will enable us to work together; - for we can lead and thrive for a better outcome and a committed community. Therefore, we need leaders who are courageous enough to make common sense (or "innovative") decisions, independent enough, not to be lead by the establishment, and smart enough to think of positive changes that will not affect long-term debacles. Simply put, people are first by listening and hearing their concerns and they will be informed by being fully transparent.
